Dr. Stanley Fineman speaks at International Congress of the Egyptian Society of Pediatric Allergy & Immunology

Atlanta Allergy and Asthma's Dr. Stanley Fineman was recently featured as a guest speaker at the 11th International Congress of the Egyptian Society of Pediatric Allergy and Immunology (ESPAI) from April 8-9, 2015.

ESPAI was founded in May 2002 as the first society concerned with pediatric allergy and immunology in Egypt. While the organization was founded in Cairo, its activities are quickly expanding to the entire country.

While at the event, Dr. Fineman participated in several panel sessions as a featured guest speaker. At the first symposium, entitled Childhood Asthma I, Dr. Fineman discussed the role of biomarkers in the assessment of asthma control in clinical practice. Dr. Fineman later kicked off a session on anaphylaxis, discussing the current challenges in the management of patients with the condition.
