Frank L. McCafferty, Jr., M.D., received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio. Dr. McCafferty completed his residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio. There, he also served as a Fellow in the Department of Heart and Hypertension Research.

Dr. McCafferty is board certified by both the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Allergy & Immunology. He is an active member of several professional medical organizations which include: The American Medical Association, Ohio State Medical Association, American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.

Dr. McCafferty resides in Stockbridge and has two children with his wife, Kim. In his leisure time he enjoys reading & rugby.
