Malvika Uppal, M.D., a native of Marietta, GA, attended the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then went on to obtain her medical degree from the Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta. Dr. Uppal completed her residency in Pediatrics at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA, followed by a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at LSU Health Shreveport in Shreveport, LA.
Dr. Uppal is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, and Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Uppal treats patients of all ages and is passionate about educating them on their allergic, asthmatic, or immune conditions. Her special areas of interest include atopic dermatitis, asthma, and allergic skin diseases.
In her free time, she enjoys literature, art, yoga, and traveling. She and her husband live in Alpharetta.
Dr. Uppal sees patients in the Gainesville and Johns Creek offices.
